"Cruise"
| “Cruise” is an extremely handsome 85 lb. Fox Red yellow male. He has been in training and only needs one more pass for his AKC Senior Hunter title, which he will attain this Fall. Cruise will then run to attain his AKC Master Hunter and UKC titles. He is a very easy going male but is a hard charging retriever on land and water. He has been enjoying the month of August relaxing in and out of my pool but it now ready to go back to “work”. His sire is owned by my trainer, Will White, of Burnt Oak Kennels. “Chance” is a gorgeous very dark fox red yellow with multiple field titles as his pedigree shows. "Hokie"
| I have anxiously been waiting to complete this breeding between “Cruise” and my “Hokie”. It will be my first all Fox Red Yellow litter. “Hokie” is a 73 lb. Fox Red Yellow female. Her name stems from Virgina Tech Hokie’s burnt orange. Everyone always comments on how good looking she is. She has a very sweet temperament and gets along with everyone. Her sire is a black Gentleman Joe son, Angus, and her dam is, Bailey, a yellow daughter of GMHR, HRCH Southland Bonnie Blue Belle, MH. Hokie’s linage goes back to my beloved GMHR Southland Leroy Brown. Since both are among my favorites, I think these pups will be exceptionally nice in both ability and conformation. Fox Red is a term used for a very dark, reddish color, recognized by the AKC as a Yellow Lab. Since both parents in this breeding are Fox Red, the entire litter should be dark. Book now for a pup from this litter and not only get a wonderful family/hunting companion but a unique color. This litter will be ready for pick up just in time for Christmas. Many breeders get more for this color, but I am keeping the price at my usual $1900.
